Return & Exchange Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
For product returns, the terms of Consumer Protection Law No. 4077, as amended by Law No. 4822, apply. Buyers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of product delivery. To exercise this right, the decision to withdraw must be notified within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in products that are produced in accordance with the consumer's special wishes and demands, or that have been modified or personalized.
Return Notification:
You can submit your return request through the Contact section of our store or by emailing us at info@moietyjewellery.com . Returns made without approval from our company will not be accepted, and your shipment will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
The products you wish to return must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent to you, including the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials.
The customer making the return is responsible for any deterioration or loss of value arising from problems caused by the cargo or the other party during the return shipment. VAT and legal obligations for products for which the original invoice is not returned will not be refunded.
Return Approval and Payment:
Returned products are inspected by our experts. If the return conditions are met, the product price will be:

If payment was made by credit card,

If payment was made via money order/EFT, it will be transferred to your bank account.
Returns are accepted within 7 days .
Order Cancellation:

After order cancellations made via money transfer, refunds will be processed within an average of 2 business days.

Credit card refunds are processed within 3 business days on average.
Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds in your account on the same day. Refunds made for installment purchases will be reflected as a positive balance on your credit card each month .
